Terms and Conditions for Checkout – Bismil Lubricants (Rulexx)

1. General Information: These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Engine Oil and Grease listed by Bismil Lubricants under the Rulexx brand on platforms like eBay, Amazon, Autodoc, and others. By purchasing our Engine Oil and Grease, you agree to the following terms. Bismil Lubricants reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Order Processing:

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
You will receive an email or SMS confirming the order and estimated delivery date once your purchase has been processed.
In the event of any errors in the order details, you are responsible for notifying Bismil Lubricants immediately.

3. Payment Terms:

Payment is required before the dispatch of goods unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, and platform-specific payments such as those offered by eBay and Amazon.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days, otherwise, you will receive an advance notification if there are any delays.
Bismil Lubricants is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs, natural events, courier strikes).

5. Returns and Refunds:

Customers may return unused, unopened Engine Oil and Grease within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [insert contact info].
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be processed within 14 days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Any shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment unless the customer has selected insured shipping.

7. Warranty:

Engine Oil and Grease come with a 180-day warranty from the date of purchase. Any warranty claims must be reported promptly, along with proof of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include normal wear and tear, improper storage, or damage due to incorrect use.

8. Privacy Policy:

Bismil Lubricants values your privacy. We only collect and store the personal data necessary to process your order and provide customer support.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, specifically under the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB). Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Germany.
